Airsoft Product Licensing & Legal Compliance Policy
High Table Tactical Ltd operates in compliance with applicable laws and regulations within the United Kingdom regarding the sale, ownership, importation, and use of airsoft products and realistic imitation firearms (RIFs).
By purchasing from this Website, you confirm that you understand and agree to the following conditions.
1. Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase:
- airsoft replicas;
- realistic imitation firearms (RIFs);
- imitation firearms (IFs);
- gas systems, receivers, or regulated components where applicable.
High Table Tactical Ltd reserves the right to request valid government-issued photo identification for age verification before dispatching any order.
Orders may be cancelled if satisfactory proof of age cannot be provided.
2. UKARA and Valid Defence Requirements
Under the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006 (VCRA), the sale of realistic imitation firearms within the United Kingdom requires the purchaser to have a valid legal defence.
Accepted defences may include:
- valid UKARA registration;
- membership at a registered airsoft skirmish site;
- film, television, or theatrical production use;
- museum or historical re-enactment purposes;
- other lawful exemptions recognised under UK law.
Customers purchasing RIFs may be required to provide:
- UKARA number;
- site membership details;
- photographic identification; and/or
- proof of address.
High Table Tactical Ltd reserves the right to refuse any sale if sufficient defence cannot be verified.
3. Two-Tone Airsoft Replicas
Customers without a valid defence may still purchase qualifying airsoft replicas in a compliant two-tone configuration, subject to UK law.
Two-tone products:
- may be painted in bright, unrealistic colours;
- are modified to comply with imitation firearm regulations;
- may not be returned for cosmetic reasons after conversion.
4. Responsible Use
All products sold by High Table Tactical Ltd are intended for:
- airsoft skirmishing;
- training simulations;
- collection;
- display; or
- lawful sporting purposes only.
Customers must not:
- brandish or display replicas in public irresponsibly;
- modify products to increase power beyond legal limits;
- use products unlawfully or dangerously.
Users are responsible for complying with:
- local site rules;
- UK airsoft power limits;
- transportation and storage requirements.
5. Product Power Limits & Modifications
Airsoft replicas sold within the UK are intended to comply with current legal limits applicable at the time of sale.
Any modifications performed after purchase are entirely the responsibility of the owner.
High Table Tactical Ltd accepts no liability for:
- unlawful modifications;
- misuse;
- injury or damage caused by altered products.
6. Right to Refuse Service
High Table Tactical Ltd reserves the right to:
- refuse sales;
- cancel orders;
- deny warranty or support;
- report suspicious activity to relevant authorities
where there is reasonable suspicion of:
- unlawful intent;
- fraudulent activity;
- attempted circumvention of UK airsoft regulations.
7. Governing Law
This License Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
